Section 1 — Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are the age of majority and have consented to a minor dependent using the Site. You may not use our products or Service for an illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable law, or transmit malicious code. A violation may result in immediate termination of the Service.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any lawful reason. Content other than payment-card information may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during network transfer. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit the Service without our written permission.

Information on the Site is provided for general information. We do not guarantee that every item is accurate, complete, or current, and reliance on Site material is at your own risk. Historical information is provided for reference. We may modify Site content without an obligation to update every item.

Some products or Services may be available only online, may have limited quantities, and may be returned or exchanged only under our Refund Policy.

We try to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that every screen displays color correctly. We may limit sales by person, region, jurisdiction, or quantity; change descriptions or prices; or discontinue a product. We do not guarantee that every product or Service will meet every expectation.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If an order changes or is canceled, we may contact the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout. Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Use of an optional tool is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms. New Site tools and features are also subject to these Terms.

Third-party content or links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing third-party content, products, services, policies, or websites. Review third-party terms before completing a transaction; concerns about a third-party product should be directed to that provider.

If you send ideas, feedback, reviews, proposals, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may monitor, edit, or remove unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content. You are responsible for your submissions and must not violate another party’s rights, misrepresent your identity, or transmit malware.

We may terminate access for a violation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will always be accurate or reliable. To the extent permitted by law, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” except where expressly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYBAIKC and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from use of the Service or a product. Where a jurisdiction does not allow an exclusion or limitation, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EYBAIKC and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another party’s rights.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest permitted extent and severed where necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.

Section 16 — Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Service at any time. If we believe you failed to comply with a term, we may terminate access without notice and you remain responsible for amounts due through the termination date. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

These Terms and policies posted on the Site constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service and replace prior communications about that use. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Any ambiguity will not automatically be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
